Fehler bei Installation des Control Centers

Moinsen,

ich besitze seit Dezember 2017 ein XMG A507 und habe vor wenigen Wochen W10 neu installiert. Dabei scheint irgendwas bei Windows oder bei der Installation schiefgelaufen zu sein, denn das Touchpad schaltete sich scheinbar zufällig wieder an, wenn ich es manuell ausgeschaltet habe. Deswegen habe ich jetzt zuerst den Treiber des Touchpads reinstalliert (ohne Änderung) und danach das Control Center neuinstalliert. Dabei tritt nach der Reinstallation bzw. Reparatur des Treibers ein Fehler des .NET Framework nach dem PC-Neustart auf, siehe Spoiler unten. Jetzt startet das CC leider nicht mehr und kann deswegen zB die Tastatur-LEDs nicht mehr steuern, die Sonderfunktionen wie Bildschirm an/aus etc funktionieren aber. Ist das Problem bekannt, gibts Abhilfe? Ich würde ungerne W10 erneut installieren müssen.

würdest Du bitte sowohl den TP-Treiber als auch das Control Center erst de-installieren und dann neu installieren?

Moinsen, mit den Treibern scheint es jetzt geklappt zu haben. Jedenfalls lief die Installation problemlos durch. Ich lud die Treiber von https://www.mysn.de/secure/userarea/download.asp XMG - XMG_A507(XA507M18)_und_A707(XA707M18) - Drivers - drivers, das scheinen irgendwie nicht ganz die richtigen für mein Modell zu sein.

Stimmt, die von die erwähnten Treiber sind die für das 2018er Modell. Wahrscheinlich hast du noch die 2017er Version. Dann kommt es zu Fehlern wenn Du die falschen Treiber nimmst. Gruß XMG|Mario
