CoD:Modern Warfare 2 Fps drops warzone + csgo

CPU amd ryzen 5 5600
GPU xfx speedster 6600
Mainboard gigabyte b550 x v2
RAM Corsair 32gb 3600mhz
Netzteil thermaltake 700w

I have constantly fps crashes in warzone and cs:go , with my old pc i have 100 fps in warzone on low settings, and now with the new one which is 5 times faster i have around 70-90 fps on YouTube, I saw players with the same specifications as mine and even weaker ones with fps around 180 or more
And csgo on old pc i have 250-300 fps now i have 120 then 250 then 450 then 100 i dont know what happend
Please help

Did you a complete reinstall of windows after you switched the hardware?

Maybe you could even check "BEOBACHTE" down in my signature

Just reinstall when you build a new pc, nowadays it's commonly bound to your Microsoft account
