GPU drivers won't work

Hi, my order number: 2470374 and customer number: 11466665

I can't make GPU work. When I install the driver it thros err 43 or 45 on device manager. I tried running DDU and installing it again but no luck. I tried both manufacturer version and latest versions. I think there is a pyhsical errors on the GPU side. Sad thing is I just bought this.

Hello akinozer,

The error 43 is usually due to a problem with the power connectors. Did you properly connect the NVIDIA 12VHPWR cable(s)? This is a very common user error if they're not fully inserted. The error 45 can be related to a number of things and it's better solve solve this through the process of elimination.
