Ich habe meinen PC vor etwa 4 Jahren selbst zusammengebaut und hatte seitdem immer wieder Probleme mit den Treibern. Als ich den PC das erste Mal eingerichtet habe, wurde das LAN-Kabel zunächst nicht erkannt. Nach längerer Fehlersuche stellte sich heraus, dass der "Intel Ethernet Controller (3) I225-V" ein bekanntes Problem mit den Treibern hatte. Es gab immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit der Treiberinstallation, und in manchen Fällen musste man so alte Treiber verwenden, dass sie im Internet kaum noch zu finden waren. Leider wurde dieses Problem auch mit den neuesten Updates noch nicht behoben.
Deshalb habe ich das LAN-Kabel abgesteckt und nutze seitdem nur noch WLAN, das vom Mainboard unterstützt wird.
Zu meinem aktuellen Problem:
Der PC läuft grundsätzlich gut, aber manchmal startet er nicht richtig. Ein Beispiel: Beim Start öffnet sich Discord nicht, und der PC friert so stark ein, dass ich ihn neu starten muss. Nach dem Neustart funktioniert der Autostart der Programme wie erwartet.
Ich habe außerdem in Spielen wie BeamNG, The Crew Motorfest und Forza Horizon 5 häufig Microruckler, die ich nicht eindeutig zuordnen kann. Bei einem über 2000 Euro teuren Gaming-PC erwarte ich mir eigentlich eine bessere Leistung. Auch der Sound macht manchmal Probleme, es treten merkwürdige Rauschgeräusche (Cracks) auf.
3. Welche Schritte hast du bereits unternommen, um das Problem zu lösen?
Um dem Problem auf den Grund zu gehen, benutze ich seit kurzem LatencyMon. Trotz intensiver Tests und Recherche konnte ich jedoch nicht herausfinden, woran die Probleme liegen und wie ich sie beheben kann. Anbei habe ich eine Auswertung von heute beigefügt, die während des Spielens von The Crew Motorfest erstellt wurde.
Ich habe auch schon sämtliche Threads zu LatencyMon und Lösungen für Fehler mit ndis.sys und dxkrnl.sys durchgelesen, aber leider hat nichts geholfen.
Ich stelle gerne alle benötigten Informationen zur Verfügung und bin echt schon verzweifelt.
