Habe aber wegen dem Steam auto-update schonmal überlegt auf englisch umzustellen.
Ist der MediaCodec zum Konvertieren von Videos nun im Paket dabei? (Deutsch oder Englisch?)

Ja da bin ich auch gespannt, der Catalyst 11.5 Preview ist ja dann die zweite Mjölnir Stufe. Mal abwarten was so kommt. Es sind übrigens zwei neue CAP Profiles draußen, mal abwarten wann von rage die Changelogs kommen.

Mal ne Frage zu den verschiedenen Versionen des 11.4.
Auf der HP von AMD gibt es 2 Versionen und das CAP.
Muss ich das CAP installieren oder ist das schon bei dem 11.4er dabei? Ist das sinnvoll bei einer single gpu? Und was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem 1. und dem 2. Treiber?

Wer lesen kann... Einmal ohne, einmal mit OpenCL Treiber. Und ja, den CAP immer installieren, der bringt auch Fixes für Single-GPU Karten.

cap deinstallieren catalyst suite deinstallieren driver sweeper drüberlaufen lassen neu starten neuen cata und cap installieren ^^.
hab den cap auch grade zum ersten mal installiert.dachte immer das wäre nur für die cf geschichte.

Nein, ist es nicht. Zum Beispiel wurde in einem der letzten CAPs auch der Lens Flare Bug in Bulletstorm gefixt. Das betraf auch Einzelkarten!

Wenn Single-GPUs nicht erwähnt werden, dann geht man einfach davon aus, dass das nur für CF relevant ist.
Ganz normale Schlussfolgerung, oder?
