Kommt bestimmt häufiger die Frage und ich meine die Antwort hier schon einmal gelesen zu haben. Was bedeutet das U in der JEDEC-Spezifikation PC4-32000U ?

Viele Grüße

U = unregistered,
R = registered,
ECC = ECC = Error Correcting Code oder Error Checking and Correction

Hinweis: Das PC Rating wurde mit DDR4 geändert!
PC4-32000U gibt es also garnicht. Das heißt richtig PC4-4000U (DDR4-4000)

Weitere Beispiele für korrektes PC-Rating:
DDR4-2133 = PC4-2133
DDR3-2133 = PC3-17000 (Takt * 8)

DDR4-3200 = PC4-3200
DDR2-400 = PC2-3200 (Takt * 8)
DDR-400 = PC3200 (Takt * 8)
