Abstürze nach CPU/MB Wechsel

CMOS Reset gemacht, nur XMP Profil aktiviert. Hat sich bei 3D Mark wieder von alleine neugestartet. BIOS ist aktuell.

Teste jetzt mal das mit dem RAM...

Steck mal alle anderen USB-Geräte ab, bis auf Maus und Tastatur.

Auch würde ich eventuell ein anderes Netzteil testen, deines ist im Prinzip stark genug, kann aber trotzdem defekt sein.

Mit einem RAM Riegel läuft 3D Mark schon ein Drittes mal. Dumps schaue ich gleich mal.

Hab das Gehäuse auf und mir ist aufgefallen das das Netzteil regelmäßig leise klickt/knackt. Ist aber eigentlich nichtmal 2 Jahre alt und ging vorgestern noch problemlos.

USB ist nur Maus und Tastatur dran.

Das sollte es im Betrieb eigentlich nicht machen.
Kannst du dir ein anderes zum testen ausleihen, Freunde/Bekannte?

Die Grafikkarte braucht unter Volllast ~350W, der Prozessor an die 200W. Sind 550W für Graka und Prozessor alleine.
Bleiben theoretisch 100W für den Rest des Systems.
Auch wenn das Netzteil durchaus damit umgehen können sollte, bist du unter Volllast nahe der Spezifikation und knackst evtl. die 650W.
Das kann dem Netzteil schmecken, muss aber nicht.

Jo, wenn das echt klackt würde ich das mal tauschen.

das mit dem RAM kannst du trotzdem mal weiter testen.

Kannst dir ein Seasonic Focus kaufen mit 650-750W.

Die sind Single-Rail, da gibt's dann auch keine Probleme mit überlasteten Rails.

Im schlimmsten Fall kannst du es zurückschicken oder weiterverkaufen.

Das kannst du dann gleich jahrelang behalten (man beachte die lange Garantiezeit).

Behalte das Netzteil, ist mir eh lieber etwas Reserve zu haben, zumal ich auch zu Faul bin schonwieder alles umzubauen.

Wie genau teste ich die denn? Erst den einen in den zweiten Slot und danach den anderen?
Und schauen ob sich das ganze wieder neustartet?

Die Frage ist wie testet man das am besten... kann 3D Mark langsam nicht mehr sehen

@thompson004 mit einem Riegel läuft 3D Mark zum dritten Mal fehlerfrei, 4 mal hab ich noch nie geschafft. So richtig hab ichs denn letzte Woche wohl nicht getestet

doch.

einfach mit einem Riegel ein paar Male testen, dann mit dem anderen.

Wenn's bei einem abstürzt und beim anderen nicht, weißt du Bescheid.

Teste gerade den anderen Riegel, wenn der läuft... teste ich mal das neue BETA BIOS, gibt n neues

4 mal lief er schon problemlos durch, 5 mal lass ichs laufen.
Scheinen beide Riegel i.O zu sein

Also... einzeln gehen die Riegel, zusammen auch nach neuem BIOS Update nicht.
Immer noch WHEA, werd demnächst mal Treiber deinstallieren und Neu machen.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem mit dem 5950X auf einem ASUS Crosshair VIII Hero. (Bios war 2311)
Innerhalb von ca. 2 Stunden 6 x BSOD. Ebenfalls ntoskrnl.exe und pshed.dll.

Es war nichts defekt, es lag schlicht am unausgereiften Bios. Die Version 2402 Beta lief dann einwandfrei. (Damit war die PLL-Voltage etwas zu hoch / 2,0V statt 1,8V)
Wurde in 2502 gefixt. (Nur so als Info, falls hier jemand mit dem gleichen Board mitlesen sollte)

Nein, dann leuchtet die CPU LED weiß am Mainboard und nichts passiert, alles schwarz.
Eben getestet.

ich bin mir jetzt aber ziemlich sicher, dass es die CPU ist.
Vor allem aufgrund des WHEA-Fehlers und der CPU LED.
