Look at pages 4 and 5 of this document, the module has the "modem id" on it that has to be registered.

DTAG uses VLAN 7 with PPPoE credentials, not DHCP.

i saw here sfp it s already configured ftom telekom (registered), and i have to tag vlan 7 on wan interface

wan will be set it up with dhcp ?

but telekom told him, he will get no other data for connection, only that 7 digit code for activating the service on telekom website
anyway if he will get it i will set it up with pppoe
will be the same settings like mine , the only diffrence it s vlan tag 7 , mine it s 201

No, PPPoE. You don´t need specific Username/Password there, anything will work.

it s possible also after he will register the service there on telekom web page, to get pppoe username and password from there
the tehnician will tell him for sure

pppoe whithout username and password ?
from my experience , when you chuse on wan interface pppoe connection and if you din not insert any username and password , you can t save configuration
i know pppoe connection its with username and password

So easily use a random username and password.
