PC bootet manchmal nicht

Hallo,

mein PC bootet seit 4 Tagen manchmal nicht.
Er hängt am Bios Bildschirm. Habe dann erst die Batterie raus und durch eine neue ersetzt. Keine Verbesserung.
Manchmal startet er aber normal (gefühlt braucht er aber länger).
Wie kann ich den Fehler weiter eingrenzen?
System (ja, ist alt, wie ich auch):
Win 10 64-Bit
ASRock 970 extreme3
FX 6350
nVidia GTX 1050 Ti
4 x Corsair 1600 DDR 4GB

Auf welchem Datenträger befindet sich das OS und sind weitere Datenträger angeschlossen?

Wenn er normal startet mal CrystalDiscInfo laufen lassen, könnte ein Fehler an einer angeschlossenen HD sein,
der dann das Bios anhält.

Er hängt am Bios Bildschirm.

Das deutet darauf hin, dass er an einem frühen Punkt das OS nicht laden kann. Ergo Datenträger des OS kaputt, oder OS selbst/Bootloader korrupt.

Und die anderen LW? Du wurdest auch danach gefragt. Wenn da ein Defekt vorliegt kann es alles ausbremsen.

Man könnte evtl. falls Ersatz vorhanden ist die SATA Kabel mal wechseln. Ist extern irgendwas besonders angeschlossen?

Ich hab noch eine PCI USB Karte drin. Da sind einige Stromverbraucher angeschlossen. Kann es an zu wenig Leistung des Netzteils liegen?

Ich würde es mal mit nur dreien der Arbeitsspeicher probieren wollen.

Mal ausstöpseln und mehrfach neu starten. Ist dein Problem dann weg -> näher an der echten Lösung

Hast Du mal die ST2000 abgehängt?

Welche BIOS-Version ist installiert?
Wie heißt das Netzteil?

Welches Gehäuse wird verwandt?
Welche Lüfter sind wo verbaut?
Wird der PC sehr warm?

Welche Betriebssystemversion ist genau installiert:
Ausführen: winver

Das gleiche Prob.hatte ich auch,aber kam vielleicht im Monat 1x vor.

Worans aber liegt ka.

Hab mittlerweile meine Sata SSDs gegen nvmes getauscht,eventuell war das es Prob.die SSD wo win drauf war ging schon ins 9te Jahr,obwohl crystal nix auffälliges zeigt.

Bis jetzt ist es jedenfalls nicht nochmal vor gekommen.

Wenn ja -> wechseln.

Paßt, aber sicher schwer zu reinigen.

daß du das falsche bios-file hast, fürchte ich....

Die HD geht ja noch aber die SSDs sehen gruselig aus.

Die 840 Pro würde ich löschen und neu aufspielen.

Die 850er EVO hat 5 ... 7 fach zu hohe Zugriffszeiten.
Die Übertragungskurve hat starke Einbrüche

Sollte sich das nicht ändern, gehört die gewechselt.

Laufen viele Prozesse im Hintergrund:
Ausführen: msconfig (Reiter Dienste - Alle Microsoftdienste ausblenden)?

Bios Update will nicht. Was heißt das?

Du hast die falsche Datei erwischt.

Die sollte die richtige sein:

Aber vorm Kopieren bitte entpacken.

BIOS Update Utility
BIOSfilename.x0.EXE: The Flash Memory Writer utility is included in the WinZip format of BIOS file. It updates the BIOS by uploading a new BIOS file to the programmable flash ROM chip on the motherboard.

To determine the BIOS version of your motherboard, press [F2] to enter the BIOS setup utility during bootup, and check the BIOS version from the Main menu. Larger numbers represent a newer BIOS file. This utility works only in DOS mode.

Updating BIOS Procedures

1. Create a bootable system USB pen drive.
2. Download an updated ASRock BIOS file (WinZip format with .zip file extension) from the web site, unzip the BIOS file and save all files to the drive you created in step 1.
3. Boot from the disk you created in step 2.
4. At the "A:\" prompt, type BIOSfile.exe, then press [Enter]. For example: A:\P55DX_1.60.exe [Enter] then you will see a message "Please wait for BIOS loading ROM".

(kann man übersetzen lassen bei weniger Fremdsprachenkenntnissen, zur Not flicke ich das auch zusammen).

Danke. Habe nun neue Platten bestellt.
Aber ich bekomm' das BIOS Update nicht hin. Ich scheitere bereits beim bootfähigen Stick. Beim Erstellen bekomme ich immer die Meldung "Device Media is write-protected". Ich habe bereits die Lösungsvorschläge mit deskpart und regedit hinter mir. Auch andere Stick's und andere USB Anschlüsse haben keine Wirkung gezeigt...
