Du kannst die Command Rate auch gleich mit ändern. Einen spürbarer Performanceunterschied ist nicht dadurch nicht vorhanden, hoffentlich aber einer in der Stabilität.
Der tRFC Wert beschreibt die Zeit, die verstreichen muss, bevor eine "RAM-Zeile" erneut aktiviert ("aufgefrischt") werden darf.

Hallo,
eben ist mein Rechner beim Spielen von "Herr der Ringe: Die Schlacht um Mittelerde 2" hängen geblieben. Aufgrund dessen habe ich den PC mithilfe des "On/Off"-Knopfes aus- und wieder eingeschalten. Direkt nach dem Hochfahren kam mal wieder ein Bluescreen.
