ich habe schlechen Sounnd, viel schlechter als bei Windows (HP 350 G1 Laptop, Intel i3 4005U)

nur mit externen Lautsprechern ist der Sound akzeptabel

versuche es mit PulseEffects aufzubessern.

Bei Windows hatte bestimmt ein EQ Einfluss aufs Ergebnis.

Teste mal eine linux Live Umgebung aus einem älteren Baujahr, 2016 oder sowas.
Das Notebook ist ja auch fast 10 Jahre alt und unterstes Preissegment.

Mal PipeWire statt PulseAudio getestet?
Ich habe meine Linux-Rechner auf PipeWire umgestellt.

Warst Du mal in den Audioeinstellungen? Da kann man Audiogeräte auswählen und das entsprechende Lautsprechersetup.

Das ist nicht meine Vermutung gewesen. Das habe ich auch nicht testen lassen wollen.
Teste mit der alten Möhre eine alte Relese Version!
