ENB im Guide auf NVT Cathedral Preset (neu!) gewechselt

Mir gefällt die Stimmung, der "Farbton" der ENB bzw. deren Zusammenspiel. Ich hab zuletzt Cathedral Weathers und irgendeine eine dafür gemachte ENB verwendet, war damit aber (wie immer) nicht 100%-ig zufrieden. Cathedral Weather finde ich super, aber leider gibt's (bzw. gab's damals) noch keine für mich stimmige ENB dafür.

Ja, sieht Hammer aus! Ich denke NVT ENB Cathedral Preset wird so manch neue Modder/Spieler überzeugen, auf Cathedral Weathers umzusteigen. Ob mit ELFX (ohne ELFX weathers installieren und an den ELFX SMIM Patch denken!), Luminosity, oder einer anderen Lightning Mod.

Bzgl. Grafikkarten kann man sagen, dass 8k Texturen, sowie HD LODs (xLODGen Terrain + DynDoLOD mit 3D Tree LODs) den VRAM fressen. Wohingegen ENB die GPU killt und dabei scheinbar viel mit dem RAM kommuniziert.

ENB gönnt sich den RAM, wenn genug da ist und profitiert von schneller Anbindung laut Boris Vorontsov persönlich. Mit Spiel und ENB können insgesamt durchaus 8-12 GB in Anspruch genommen werden, phasenweise auch mal bis 14 GB.

Ein paar weitere Shots... insane LODs.... (allerdings mit 2048er ShadowMap statt 4096er, wodurch meine 1080 OC in WQD die Knie geht und knapp unter 30 FPS gelegentlich fällt.)

Bin nochmal auf den Dark Face Bug im Guide eingegangen...

3.) Dark Face Bug
Er entsteht, wenn die Lade Reihenfolge der Mod Daten von Mods, welche die NPCs verändern, im linken Fenster eures Mod Managers, nicht der gleichen Lade Reihenfolge der betroffenen Mod Plugins im rechten Fenster entspricht. Besonders durch (häufig veraltete Compatibility Patches) tritt er nach einem Loot Lauf gerne auf. Beispiel: Diversity + Immersive Weapons + Immersive Weapons Diversity Patch... Wenn ihr aktuell davon betroffen seit, gibt es drei Möglichkeiten:

a)
Nach einem Loot run sortiert ihr das Diversity Plugin im rechten Fenster eures Mod Managers unbedingt vor alle Bijin Plugins und das Plugin USSEP-Immersive Weapons Patch.esp vor das Diversity Plugin! Ansonsten gibt es ohne SSEEDIT den Dark Face Bug bei einigen NPCs.

b)

c)
Diversity und ggf. auch alle Bijin Women Mods, sowie ICOW (Immersive College Of Winterhold) deinstallieren. Nur Total Character Makeover ist "Dark Face Bug safe".

Wenn das Problem trotz allem immer noch nicht gelöst wurde, ist eure Skyrim Installation und/oder euer Save Game evtl. unbrauchbar geworden. Abseits dessen empfehle ich an dieser Stelle, dass von firemanaf in all seinen ENBs gesetzte 59 FPS Limit im ENB Menü/INI nicht zu deaktivieren - trotz Mods im Guide, die diese Problematik angehen. Nur Display Nutzern mit 120+Hz Displays empfehle ich das. Wobei nur bei aktivem GSync oder FreeSync, VSync in den Spiele Grafik Menüs/INI und im ENB Menü/INI deaktiviert werden sollte.

Und das dann auch erst, nachdem das Spiel gestartet wurde und alle Mods sauber (vollständig und fehlerfrei!) reingeladen wurden.

Es geht insbesondere aber nicht nur darum, dieses Setting nicht zum ersten Spielstart zu fahren, um 60+ FPS zu verhindern, wenn hunderte von Mods reingeladen werden. Denn wenn dabei gleichzeitig ein komplett neues Spiel gestartet wird, laufen eine Menge Scripte ab. Egal wie sauber ihr "arbeitet": Das ist harter Stress für die Script Engine und für euer gesamtes PC System!

Es geht auch mit 60+ FPS ohne gravierende Fehler (nichts wird ruiniert, aber Tiere fallen durchaus mal vom Himmel), habs getestet.... Ich empfehls halt nur nicht....

Ich halte CW spätestens durch die neuen Updates mittlerweile für den besten Kompromiss. Alle anderen Wetter Mods liefern in einzelnen Wetterlagen (meist sonnige) bessere Ergebnisse, die man dafür mit schlechteren Ergebnissen woanders ausnahmslos immer bezahlt. Oder es liegt an unschärferen/kontrastschwächeren Texturen auf Distanz (LODs) wie bei NAT. Aber ist doch immer eine Frage des Geschmacks, was im Fokus liegt.

Nur Obsidian Weathers 2.0 würde mich von CW weg kriegen

Sind mittlerweile schon ein paar Screenshots auf meinem Imgur Profil. Die Ordner werden durch Updates mit der Zeit immer umfangreicher und besser. Bis zum 22.03 wird es wohl täglich ein Update abends geben, bis dahin bin ich krank geschrieben. Ab 23.03 sollten die Ordner also anfangen was zu taugen...

• added EnableCubemap parameter to [WETSURFACES] category. Increased quality of effect.
