Man sollte dabei aber folgendes berücksichtigen:

HotFix images are not Google certified. The next official release will have all certifications. The negative side affect we've noticed from this so far are listed below and others may appear as time goes on:

a. You won't be able to install or update Disney+ from the Playstore if you haven't installed it yet or do a Factory reset on this image.
b. HD Homerun DRM channels will not work.

• Resolves issue when switching the input away from SHIELD via CEC, SHIELD does not sleep

• Resolves long press menu button and menu button push to Kodi not working
• Resolves SHIELD screen gets rotated 90 degrees

Na ich bin gespannt.
Seit dem letzten Update startet meine Shield manchmal nur total langsam und Plex hängt sich des öfteren auf.
Ich hoffe auf das BESTE^^

Zumindest das Ziehen von falschen App Versionen (AOS statt ATV) ist wohl behoben. Joyn und RTL+ gerade mal getestet und er zieht wieder die korrekten bei mir. Man muss nur die alten vorher runter werfen.

Ui, Update lief problemlos durch und der Plexserver läuft auch noch. Ab sofort bleibe ich aber eisern - Updates der SHIELD werden immer erst frühstens nach zwei Wochen und Blick ins Forum installiert.

Seit dem letzten Update startet meine Shield manchmal nur total langsam

Das Problem hab ich Gott sei Dank nicht, jedoch einige kleinere Problemchen, vor allem in Verbindung mit KODI

Der/Das TV geht immer mit der Shield an, jedoch nur manchmal mit der Shield aus. Klappte vorher immer perfekt.
KODI bricht beim Einlesen der Scraper Datenbank (lokal wie online) immer wieder mal ab, hilf nur noch ein Neustart der Shield.
Hin und wieder startet eine Film/Serie aus KODI aber man hört nur Ton, kein Bild. Man sieht KODI und kann durch die Menus klicken, aber ein Bild vom Film/Serie sieht man nicht...hilft nur manuell von der TV Fernbedienung auf den Shield Eingang zu drücken/klicken

Das ist mir nach dem Update sauer aufgestoßen. Du bist schon in Home-Screen und dann kommt "USB-Laufwerke neu verbunden". Das ist tatsächlich jetzt wieder "normal".

Immer noch Probleme mit Kodi?
Ich hatte gestern auch welche: Immer, wenn ich in die Filmübersicht gegangen bin, ist Kodi abgestürzt.
Bei mir war die Ursache eine Erweiterung, um in Archiven zu suchen (unter virtuelle Dateisysteme). Haste die auch aktiv?

Hi, nein das AddOn/Erweiterung habe ich nicht, zumindest nicht das ich wüsste

KODI ist mir gestern 1x eingefroren beim switchen des Themes, sonst läuft es stabil > seit ich mit dem MediaElch arbeite. Es gibt aber ja schon die 19.4, hab das nur noch nicht im Store geprüft > für OSMC ist die Version schon da.
Heute werde ich mal die Zugriffe via Netzwerk testen um auf die HDDs zu kommen die an der Shield hängen
