Diablo 2.3 PTR Patch 1 - Datamined Info
A new patch has just hit the CDN. There appears to be some class changes, and a few other item passives changes.
Please keep in mind the following is datamined, and thus may have errors, or may not paint the full picture.

Item Passive Changes

Sets
Helltooth Harness
2 pieces: Enemies hit by your primary skills, Acid Cloud, Firebats, Zombie Charger, Zombie Dogs, Gargantuan, Grasp of the Dead, Piranhas, or Wall of Death are afflicted by Necrosis, becoming Slowed and, taking [{VALUE1}*100]% weapon damage every second, and taking 15% increased damage from all sources for 10 seconds.
6 pieces: Enemies afflicted by Necrosis take After casting Wall of Death, gain [{VALUE1}*100]% increased damage from for 12 seconds to your primary skills, Acid Cloud, Firebats, Zombie Charger, Zombie Dogs, Gargantuan, Grasp of the Dead, Piranhas, and Wall of Death. This effect stacks up to 3 times.
Seeker of the Light
6 pieces: Increase the damage of Blessed Hammer by [{VALUE1}*100]% and Falling Sword by 250 500%.
Spirit of Arachyr
6 pieces: The damage of your creature skills is increased by [{VALUE1}*100]%. Creature skills are Corpse Spiders, Plague of Toads, Firebats, Locust Swarm, Hex, and Piranhas.
Vyr's Hellacool Helm renamed to: Vyr's Sightless Skull

Legendaries
NEW: Scrimshaw (Spear): Reduces the Mana cost of Zombie Charger by {c_magic}[{VALUE1}*100]%.
NEW: Unknown: Acid Cloud gains the effect of the Lob Blob Bomb rune.
NEW: Unknown: Gain the Confidence Ritual passive.
Sacred Harness (Belt): Judgment gains the effect of the Debilitate rune and is cast at your landing location when casting Falling Sword.
Henri's Perquisition (Mojo): The first time an enemy deals damage to you, reduce that damage by {c_magic}[{value1VALUE1}*100]% and Charm the enemy for 3 seconds.
Hunter's Wrath (Belt): Your Hatred generators primary skills attack 30% faster and deal {c_magic}[{VALUE1}*100]% increased damage.
Coils of the First Spider: While channeling Firebats, you take 30% reduced damage and gain {c_magic}{VALUE1} Life per Hit.
Jeram's Bracers (Bracers): Wall of Death can be cast up to twice again three times within 2 seconds before the cooldown begins.
Bracers of the First Men (Bracers): When Hammer of the Ancients hits an enemy, gain attacks 50% faster and deals {c_magic}[{VALUE1}*100]% increased Attack Speed for 3 |4second:seconds; damage.
Bracers of Destruction (Bracers): Seismic Slam deals {c_magic}[{VALUE1}*100]% increased damage to the first two 5 enemies it hits.

Vision Quest When you deal damage with Corpse Spiders, Firebomb, Plague of Toads, or Poison Dart, your Mana regeneration is increased by 3040% for 5 seconds.
Fierce Loyalty You canWhile you have a Gargantuan, Zombie Dog, or Fetish summoned, your movement speed is increased by 15%. / This bonus is increased to 30% while a Gargantuan, Zombie Dog, or Fetish is not in combat. / Additionally, you may have 1 additional Zombie Dog summoned at one time. Tribal Rites Reduce the cooldowns of your the following skills by 25%: / *Hex / *Gargantuan / *Fetish Army, Big Bad Voodoo, Hex, Gargantuan, / *Summon Zombie Dogs and / *Big Bad Voodoo / *Mass Confusion skills by 25%.
Midnight Feast You can have 1 additional Zombie Dog summoned at one time. The damage of your Zombie Dogs and Gargantuan is increased by 50%. / Additionally, you may have 1 additional Zombie Dog summoned at one time.
Corpse Spiders
Blazing Spiders : Throw a jar with fire spiders that that return 3 Mana to you per hit.
Grasp of the Dead Cost: 150 Mana / Cooldown: 8 seconds / Ghoulish hands reach out from the ground, slowing enemy movement by 60% and dealing 560760% weapon damage as Physical over 8 seconds.
stat : Increases damage dealt to 1 Physical damage per second for 8 seconds.
Groping Eels : Increase the damage done to 8801360% weapon damage as Physical.
Unbreakable Grasp : IncreaseRemoves the Mana cost and increases the Slow amount enemies are Slowed to 80%. Changes damage/ Damage type is changed to Cold.
Desperate Grasp : Reduce the cooldown of Grasp of the Dead to 64 seconds. / Damage type is changed to Poison.
Death Is Life : Enemies who die while in the area of Grasp of the Dead have a 10% chance to drop a health globe or summon a Zombie Dog. / Damage type is convertedchanged to Poison.
Acid Cloud
Corpse Bomb : Raise a corpse from the ground that explodes for 620700% weapon damage as Fire to enemies in the area.
Zombie Charger
Zombie Bears : Summon zombie bears that stampede towards your enemy. Each bear deals 400520% weapon damage as Poison to enemies in the area.
Lumbering Cold : Zombie winter bears crawl out of the ground and run in all directions, dealing 200280% weapon damage as Cold to nearby enemies.
Pile On : Summon a tower of zombies that falls over, dealing 800880% weapon damage as Physical to any enemies it hits.
Undeath : If the Zombie Charger kills any enemies, it will reanimate and charge nearby enemies for 360480% weapon damage as Poison. This effect can repeat up to 2 times.
Explosive Beast : Summon an explosive Zombie Dog that streaks toward the enemy before exploding, dealing 580680% weapon damage as Fire to all enemies within 12 yards.
Firebats Cost: 150 Mana initially, and an additional 75125 Mana while channeling / Call forth a swarm of fiery bats to burn enemies in front of you for 425475% weapon damage as Fire.
Dire Bats : Summon fewer but larger bats that travel a long distance and deal 495500]% weapon damage as Fire.
Hungry Bats : Rapidly summon two bats that each seek out a nearby enemy for 635750]% weapon damage as Fire.
Plague Bats : Diseased bats fly towards the enemy and infect them. Damage is slow at first, but can increase over time to a maximum of 660720% weapon damage as Poison.
Vampire Bats : Firebats has an initial Mana cost increased to 225of 250 mana but no longer has a channeling cost. / Firebats' damage type turns into Physical.
Cloud of Bats : Call forth a swirl of bats that damage nearby enemies for 425]% weapon damage as Fire. The damage of the bats increases by 20]% every second, up to a maximum of 100850]% weapon damage after 3 seconds.
Big Bad Voodoo
Ghost Trance : The ritual heals all nearby allies for 5% of their maximum Life per second and reduces all damage taken by 20%.
Piranhas Piranhas
Bogadile : A giant bogadile emerges from the pool of water, Stuns, and bites a monster dealing 1100% weapon damage as Physical.
Confidence Ritual Confidence Ritual
stat : You deal 25% additional damage to enemies within 20 yards.
desc : Take your enemies into your confidence. Bring them close, so that they may share the fruits of your efforts.
Wizard
Unstable Anomaly When you receive fatal damage, you instead gain a shield equal to 300400% of your maximum Life for 5 seconds and release a shockwave that knocks enemies back and Stuns them for 3 seconds. / This effect may occur once every 60 seconds.
