Thank you for your patience. Regarding the $5 deposit policy, we have now finalized a solution for users that have provided deposits and would like to share it in its entirety.
Starting from April 2nd EST, we have initiated the refund process for all users who have paid deposits. In order for you to receive the refund as quickly as possible, we are conducting payments through PayPal transfers. The entire process will continue until the end of the day, April 12th EST. Please open the PayPal app to confirm receiving the deposit. If you have not received your refund by April 12th, please contact:

For all users who have paid the $5 deposit and did not purchase a NASync device at the super early bird price (40% off) within the first 48 hours, we invite you to place your order at the early bird price (35% off). Once the campaign concludes on May 9th, we will reimburse the difference between the final purchase price and the super early bird price for those early-bird purchasers. This means, if you purchased the NASync DXP6800 Pro at the early bird price of $649 (35% off), and if the promised super early bird price was $599 (40%), we will reimburse the $50 difference.
After May 9th, we will provide backers with specific instructions on how to apply for this difference via email. Please remember to keep screenshots of the $5 deposit payment page and the email confirmation of payment on Kickstarter (shown below) for quick review and prompt payment. Further instructions for collecting additional information will be provided in subsequent emails.
